Who we are:

Placer is an online errand and delivery platform headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with operations in the United States of America. It develops, markets and operates the Placer mobile application, which connects users to local errand-runners (Placers) on demand. Conversely it allows Placers to earn income by performing errand and delivery duties.

About the job:

The purpose of this role is to provide excellent and efficient customer support to Placer app’s users. The Customer Support Manager is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all support channels while providing feedback to the technical team for the purpose of enhancing user-experience.
